Job Summary

A seasoned financial analyst with expertise in building and delivering comprehensive financial models, dashboards, and investor-grade reports is sought after to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end financial planning and analysis for a rapidly growing consumer business.
  • Develop and present brand-wise, channel-wise profit and loss statements (accrual basis) on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Monitor and present EBITDA, PAT, unit economics (CM2/CM3), CAC: LTV, burn vs runway metrics.
  • Lead the creation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models that inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze deep variance between budgeted and actual results, spend vs ROI, campaign vs CAC.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Product, Ops, and Marketing, to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Design board-ready dashboards for senior leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments using ROI and risk frameworks.
  • Maintain audit-ready financial records and ensure historical continuity since company inception.
  • Establish and enforce financial discipline across the organization.

Requirements

  • Education: CA/MBA Finance from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 6–10 years in FP&A/C Corporate Finance at scaling consumer brands, e-commerce, or tech-first businesses with ₹100 Cr+ revenue exposure.
  • Demonstrated record of creating financial models, dashboards, and investor-grade reports.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books/Quick Books + Excel (advanced) + BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of D2C economics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, gross margin, OPEX.
  • Business acumen: ability to explain financial data and recommend strategic next steps.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
