Performance Marketing Professional

The role of a Performance Marketing Professional at our organization involves driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube). To excel in this position, one must conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance. Additionally, the ability to monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions is essential.

Candidates with a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets are highly sought after. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is also required. Furthermore, experience running Meta & Google Ads, preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands, is an asset. The successful candidate will have a creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with our brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads (preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
