Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that involves designing, developing, and optimizing LLM-based applications with a focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, fine-tuning, and model deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Advanced LLM Solutions: Implement GenAI solutions for text generation, summarization, code generation, and other NLP tasks using deep learning techniques.
  • Optimize ML Models: Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) for domain-specific use cases.
  • Develop Scalable Data Pipelines: Create data pipelines for training, validation, and inference to ensure performance and cost efficiency in deployment.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Integrate AI models into production applications by working closely with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of Experience: In AI/ML development with a strong background in GenAI and LLMs.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB).
  • Knowledge of NLP Techniques: Familiarity with ML algorithms, deep learning architectures, and NLP techniques.
  • Cloud Platform Experience: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and AI/ML model deployment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
