Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Surveillance Analyst to safeguard our assets, employees, clients, and reputation by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and internal policies.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in reviewing and analyzing alerts generated from automated electronic communication surveillance systems, performing audio surveillance, documenting rationales, adhering to written operating procedures, and enhancing the communication surveillance program.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and close electronic and audio communication alerts for various regions.
  • Analyze alerts generated from automated electronic communication surveillance systems.
  • Perform audio surveillance and document rationales.
  • Adhere to written operating procedures and drive enhancements of the communication surveillance program.
