Job Opportunity

As a specialist in Transportation Management, you will play a crucial role in configuring and developing the OTM system to meet business requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with the AMS team to ensure the maintenance of the functional production environment, including collaborating on system changes and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and develop necessary functionality within the OTM, GTM cloud based on configuration specifications designed by Architects.
  • Collaborate with the AMS team to maintain the functional production environment, including carrying forward system changes and enhancements.
  • Build strong business relationships, gather and clarify requirements, configure the system, develop reports, and collaborate with other team members.
  • Participate in UAT and help test case execution, failure recording, and debugging.
  • Assist the AMS team in implementing data fixes and supporting data migrations.
  • Support OTM GTM quarterly upgrade cycles.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience on OTM GTM Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of Agent configuration.
  • Working knowledge of OTM GTM logging and debugging.
  • Working knowledge of Data Management and OTM Integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or IT related fields from a four-year college or university with 1 to 2 years related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional competency in SQL query design and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP.
  • Knowledge of XML XS.
