Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator to join our team and assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of new web projects.

The successful candidate will work under the direction of a senior project manager and will be responsible for coordinating and managing web project activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project management team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of website projects, ensuring content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
  • Manage project schedules and timelines for Shopify and WordPress websites.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement basic SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content enhancements to improve organic search rankings.
  • Ensure quality of content with quick, effective turnaround on website changes.
  • Monitor website performance using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Work closely with the project executive to ensure that project objectives are met and that project deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in website management, digital marketing, and SEO practices.
  • Familiarity with web analytical tools, particularly Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
