Job Description

Are you a skilled Java developer looking to take your career to the next level? We're seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality web applications using Java EE.

As a Java developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying large-scale web applications using various Java frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, and collaborate with other engineers to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable Java EE web applications using popular frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborating with other engineers to troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and working together to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, and applying this knowledge to improve our systems and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java and Java EE.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other engineers and stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and containerization tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
