Job Description:

As a Learning Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the Workday LMS system. This includes uploading content, creating courses and curricula, testing and assigning learning content, maintaining data integrity, and reporting on learning metrics.

You will serve as a subject matter expert and liaison with the Global Learning COE, providing support and guidance on LMS-related matters. You will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance the LMS experience and develop new features.

Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all process trainings have been attended, queries are raised and clarified, and the smooth flow of processes is maintained.

Ultimately, your goal will be to provide excellent customer service, meeting and exceeding SLAs and performance targets, while ensuring a customer-first approach and consistently role-modeling excellent customer service.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR stream from a recognized university
  • 5+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience working with Learning Management Systems
  • Experience in Content curation and troubleshooting eLearning content issues
  • Strong business writing skills, effective communication, and proficiency in training curriculum development
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pace and deadline-driven atmosphere, with flexibility to work in different time zones
