Job Overview

The Client Account Data Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate and effective management of client account data across various systems. This is crucial for delivering an excellent client experience throughout the trade lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor email requests and complete tasks in a timely manner according to service level agreements or prioritize urgent requests.
  • Ensure that ETA is agreed upon for all bulk projects and completed by the team within the agreed SLA.
  • Obtain approval via email for manual updates in downstream systems in case of technical issues.
  • Validate Nostro SSI details via callback and update the same in downstream systems.
  • Responsible for validating Vostro SSI details and updating them in ANZ systems.
  • Respond promptly to escalations, follow the hierarchy while keeping line managers and relevant management informed through email communication.

Requirements

A successful candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on markets product lifecycles. Prior exposure to quality assurance processes is desirable. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in financial operations, a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end workflows, deep knowledge of markets products, and risk & control principles.
