Senior Visual Design Lead
We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Visual Design Lead to spearhead our creative efforts and shape the visual identity of our brand. The ideal candidate will possess a refined eye for design, able to craft work that is simple, crisp, minimalistic, and classy, resonating with a global audience while staying true to our sophisticated and understated brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Visionary: Develop and maintain a clear visual direction for our brand, aligning with our strategic goals and tone.
  • Creative Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers, helping them grow professionally while upholding the highest standards of thoughtful design.
  • Brand Custodian: Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, focusing on clean, intuitive, and sophisticated layouts.
  • Trendsetter: Stay informed about global design trends, particularly in minimalistic and luxury aesthetics, applying them where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in elegant, high-end design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create balanced designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UX/UI design, ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Awareness of how design influences brand perception and customer experience.
