Our team is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to lead end-to-end campaign and customer lifecycle activities for postpaid and prepaid segments.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive campaign strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, as well as collaborate with development teams to ensure successful product implementation.

A key aspect of this role is conducting regular system audits and proposing improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

  • Campaign Management: Design and execute end-to-end campaign and customer lifecycle activities for postpaid and prepaid segments.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement campaign strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.

The selected candidate will have 5+ years of experience in telecom sector campaign management, particularly with postpaid/prepaid customers. A minimum of 2-3 years of business & technical analysis experience with strong organizational skills is also required. Additionally, proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reporting is essential.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus) is mandatory. Experience in Campaign, CRM, or other customer-facing areas is preferred. Knowledge of Arabic is also desired but not necessary.
