About Our Opportunity

At MSI, we are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Catalog Management Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in managing our product catalog, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.

This position involves overseeing private label management for MSI SKUs, utilizing client portals for onboarding and management, and coordinating with various teams to manage product tests, packaging tests, factory audits, artwork review, and invoicing processes.

You will be responsible for maintaining quality control measures to ensure that private label products meet established standards. Additionally, you will need to proactively identify areas for process improvement and coordinate repack and relabel processes with warehouse teams.

Our ideal candidate will have a graduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline with 1-2 years of experience in catalog management and supply chain management. They should possess strong attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

The successful candidate must also demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to create content and prepare reports, and work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities include:
