Export Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced export professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, preparing export documents, and ensuring smooth sailing of cargo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales teams to plan shipments based on customer requirements
  • Check daily stock levels and release invoicing plans accordingly
  • Prepare pre- and post-export documents
  • Coordinate with manufacturing sites for shipment movement
  • Negotiate freight rates with forwarders
  • Ensure timely submission of post-shipment documents to banks
  • Handle customer queries and audit-related matters
  • Proficient in working on ERP systems (TCS ION/SAP HANA)
  • Knowledge of Letter of Credit and LC Clause documents

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in export coordination executive level
  • Good communication skills
