The Role

As Product Manager, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to guide product vision.

We are building new products and working with our design team to improve workflows and build engaging experiences.

You will execute product strategy, implement innovation, and collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand trading, rebalancing, and OMS systems used in the industry.
  • Document and communicate product goals and drive an innovative product roadmap.
  • Prioritize and define increments of work based on level of effort and interdependencies.
  • Adjust strategy in response to changing company, business, market, and technical needs.
  • Identify users, partners, competitors, and market trends from which to elicit input and draw inspiration.

Qualifications

- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in product management, software development, user workflows, and leading teams.

- Fundamental knowledge in finance, trading, and investments, specifically with trading for wealth management firms.

- Ability to communicate finance domain knowledge well both in person and in writing.

- Practical knowledge of agile thinking and lean practices; project management, and ability to guide teams through project iterations.
