Job Description\

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging graphics that enhance our clients' brand presence. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to develop and design high-quality graphics, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, infographics, and other marketing materials.

As a Graphic Designer at our company, you will have the opportunity to bring your creative ideas to life through compelling visuals. You will stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and technologies to ensure our graphics remain fresh and innovative.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Develop and design high-quality graphics, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, infographics, and other marketing materials.\
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with the brand's identity and objectives.\
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and technologies to ensure our graphics remain fresh and innovative.\
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.\
  • Edit and optimise existing graphics and layouts to improve overall design quality.\
  • Edit and deliver high-quality video content for a diverse portfolio of brands across industries, ranging from short-form reels and ads to long-form YouTube videos and brand films.\
  • Tailor editing styles and formats to match distinct brand tones and platform-specific requirements (Instagram, YouTube, etc).
\Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • Bachelor's degree in communication design or a related field.\
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.\
  • Proficiency in popular graphic design platforms like Canva and Figma.\
  • In-depth knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.\
  • Proven track record in designing social media banners and logos.\
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.\
  • Experience in client management is highly desirable.\
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.\
  • Skilled at meeting deadlines and performing well under pressure.\
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.\
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus, and an AI-based platform).\
  • Basic understanding of video formats, resolutions, codecs, and export settings.\
  • 1-2 years of experience in Visual Design/Graphic Design.
