Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager Assistant to lead our QC teams and drive success in laboratory management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing large teams, ensuring seamless testing and method validation activities, and providing backup support to the QC HOD with daily updates and monthly reports.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading LC-MS, Nasal analytical, FT-NIR analytical teams for regular testing/method validation activities;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align work as per requirements;
  • Executing and approving QMS, identifying scientific root causes with effective CAPA, and maintaining lab compliance;
  • Designing and executing analysis planning, data interpretation, and presenting results to the HOD;
  • Guiding team members for improving work quality and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in Science or Pharmacy and strong analytical knowledge of modern analytical instruments. Additionally, they should have mix experience in QC, AMV, and AD departments, along with exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.
