Agentic AI Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Developer to design, build and deploy intelligent agents.

About the Role:
  • Design and implement AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen or OpenAI Agents SDK
  • Integrate agents with external tools APIs and databases
  • Develop workflows for autonomous task execution and error handling
  • Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and memory management
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLMs e.g. GPT-4 Claude Gemini
  • Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration tools
  • Experience with API integration vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation RAG
  • Understanding of autonomous systems decision trees and reinforcement learning a plus

Collaboration is key; we are looking for a skilled professional who can work with product and engineering teams to align agent capabilities with business goals.
