Job Title: Email Campaign Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to manage our email campaign execution process.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing email campaigns, advanced SQL skills, and experience with Oracle platforms.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end campaign execution, building, launching, and optimizing email campaigns, creating and managing customer workflows, segmentation, and targeting strategies, developing insights from complex data sets, and presenting actionable recommendations to internal teams.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience designing and managing email campaigns, strong experience in hyper-personalization and A/B testing campaigns, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns.
  • Create and manage customer workflows, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
  • Develop insights from complex data sets.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in email campaign management.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience with Oracle Responsys, Oracle Unity CDP implementation, and Oracle Infinity IQ.
  • Strong experience in hyper-personalization and A/B testing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
