Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and proactive compliance professional to join our dynamic financial services organization.

The role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks, conducting compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and assisting in audits. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks in a fast-paced startup environment.

About the Role

The compliance professional will be responsible for monitoring, interpreting, and implementing regulatory guidelines relevant to the business. This includes ensuring timely filings and reporting to regulators, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evolving compliance and regulatory requirements, and identifying process gaps and proposing corrective actions.

The role also involves conducting regular internal reviews and compliance risk assessments, tracking remediation of compliance issues, and ensuring timely closure. Additionally, the compliance professional will assist in drafting, updating, and implementing compliance policies and procedures, maintaining accurate documentation for internal compliance controls, and educating internal teams on compliance obligations through training and awareness programs.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations
