Workday Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workday integration specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, testing, and maintaining integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). Ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies for efficient data processing.
  • Perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between Workday and external systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Write and review technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide technical support for Workday modules, including troubleshooting integration issues and resolving technical problems.
  • Build and support APIs and middleware integrations with third-party HR systems (Taleo, Kronos, Cornerstone, etc.), enhancing our HR capabilities.
  • Participate in HR transformation projects involving Workday and other ERP systems, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Support HR reporting needs using Workday, BI tools, and custom reporting frameworks, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and fundamentals, including payroll, benefits, and talent management.
  • Project experience in at least two HR functional areas: HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Time & Absence.
