Job Opportunity: Senior Hardware Designer

The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, Aerospace Engineering or an equivalent program.

  • Industrial or automotive experience (Tier 1 preferred) is highly valued.
  • A strong understanding of embedded electronics design constraints and system/component design principles is required.
  • Familiarity with vehicle bus communication protocols such as ETH/CAN FD/LIN/LVDS and troubleshooting tools is necessary.
  • Proficiency in EMI/EMC design, test and troubleshooting, as well as thermal management for ECU embedded electronics is required.
  • The ability to support multiple expertise domains and lead schematic and layout design reviews is essential.
  • Altium tool experience of at least 6-9 years, including Schematic Capture and PCB Layout review is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-complexity multilayer layouts and create PCB layer stack-up designs.
  • Develop PCB design rules and ensure proper PCB to Mechanical interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development forward.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, Aerospace Engineering or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in hardware design, with a focus on industrial or automotive applications is required.
  • Proficiency in Altium tools and software is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask are required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
