Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Expert to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Expert, you will work directly with clients and our internal team to design dashboards, analyze complex datasets, and deliver actionable insights.

This role combines technical skills with business problem-solving, giving you end-to-end ownership of BI projects. You will learn fast, contribute meaningfully, and help shape the future of BI by analyzing large and complex datasets, designing and building dashboards using PersivX BI, partnering with business teams to translate requirements into actionable insights, conducting business analysis to support data-driven decision-making, and collaborating with product and client teams to enhance BI use cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with BI/dashboard tools
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
