Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our organization.

This role involves executing testing strategies, identifying defects, and ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction by:

  1. Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  2. Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects and inconsistencies in software and applications
  3. Collaborating with product and development teams to understand requirements and validate functionality
  4. Conducting usability and regression testing across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
  5. Maintaining detailed documentation including test plans, test cases, and defect reports
  6. Participating in design reviews to assess functional requirements and identify risks

In addition, this individual will:

  • Use test management tools and methodologies to ensure full coverage
  • Provide actionable feedback and communicate testing results to stakeholders
  • Support developers in defect resolution and perform retesting
  • Contribute to process enhancements and quality improvement initiatives
  • Monitor user feedback post-launch to identify quality trends and issues
  • Assist customer support teams in addressing quality-related concerns

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, QA Tester, or in a similar QA role
  • A strong understanding of testing methodologies and software development lifecycle
