Job Overview

As a Technical Incident Manager, you will serve as the critical link between our Support, Engineering and Infrastructure teams. This role is designed to enable a better experience for our customers by organizing and driving the investigation of production issues in our application.

The application is a SaaS product consisting of Spring based microservices, ML models and data pipelines hosted within the AWS infrastructure. In doing so, you will also have a positive impact on the quality of the product.

This is an engineering position, not a management position. Your work will directly contribute to greater customer satisfaction by providing information about product issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve technical incidents affecting our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive incident resolution and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain incident response procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders on incident status and resolution.
