About the Position:

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Integration Business Analyst with extensive experience in facilitating business and technical requirements for data integration use cases.

The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of HIPAA X12 EDI transaction sets and be experienced in working with or supporting IBM ITX Transformation Extender projects.

The role requires proficiency in analyzing flat files, XML, JSON, and CSV formats, as well as hands-on experience with data flow diagrams, interface specs, and business rules.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for data integration use cases involving IBM ITX.
  • Interpret and map HIPAA X12 EDI transaction sets to system data models and ITX transformations.

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, ops, compliance, providers) to ensure integration requirements are met, participating in UAT support, go-live planning, and post-deployment validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into technical design artifacts and testable maps.
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and facilitate design walkthroughs with business and technical teams.
  • Support ITX developers in translating business requirements into technical design artifacts and testable maps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical or Integration Business Analyst.
  • Strong working knowledge of HIPAA X12 EDI transaction sets.
  • Experience working with or supporting IBM ITX Transformation Extender projects.
