The role of a Production Supervisor is paramount in the efficient and timely manufacturing of panels while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

This position requires an individual who can effectively supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, monitor technicians' performance, and provide coaching and guidance as necessary.

The ideal candidate should have more than five years of experience in a production environment, with a proven track record in supervising production teams and managing production schedules to meet targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Supervision: supervising production workers, monitoring technicians' performance, and providing coaching and guidance
  • Production Management: overseeing the production process, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Quality Control: maintaining high standards of product quality, coordinating with QC team for regular inspections, and addressing any quality issues
  • Safety and Compliance: ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment, and enforcing safety policies
  • Process Improvement: identifying opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to increase efficiency, and analyzing production data
  • Resource Management: managing inventory levels, coordinating with procurement team, and maintaining equipment and machinery in good working condition

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all production activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

A degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
