About the Role

We are seeking a purpose-driven individual to support our CSR proposal development and strategic outreach. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and scale programs that uplift women in underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design proposals focused on rural women, aligning corporate CSR goals with community needs and organizational values.
  • Cultivate partnerships with NGOs and CSR teams, leveraging shared goals and impact metrics.
  • Identify and engage with companies having active CSR mandates in gender equity, rural development, or livelihood generation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Pursuing BBA / MBA, or BA / MA / PhD in Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for gender-inclusive development.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
  • A strong desire to build a career in CSR, fundraising, or social impact, particularly focusing on rural women.
