We are seeking a Product Owner with Benefits Administration Experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Vision: Own the product roadmap for healthcare benefits, welfare plans, life insurance, and fringe benefit platforms.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements for benefits enrollment, eligibility, account management, and claims processing.
- Create User Stories: Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications for complex benefits workflows.
- Partner with Engineering Teams: Ensure high-quality, secure, and compliant delivery of benefits features.
- Drive Process Optimization: Automate and optimize benefits administration processes to reduce manual effort and accelerate time-to-market.
- User Experience Champion: Foster end-to-end user experience across employee portals, admin dashboards, and carrier integrations.
- 7+ years of experience in product ownership or benefits administration within US healthcare, insurance, or HR tech.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare benefits, life plans, welfare benefits, and fringe benefit programs.
- Experience working with cloud-based benefits platforms and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
