About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Direct Tax Assistant Manager. As a key member of our tax advisory group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients across various industries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in computing monthly withholding tax liability and preparing quarterly statements;
  • Prepare and file corporate income tax returns;
  • Provide expert advice on domestic and international tax matters;
  • Draft submissions for assessments and appeals;
  • Collaborate with clients to develop effective tax strategies;
  • Negotiate with authorities to resolve tax disputes;
  • Analyze complex tax laws and regulations;
  • Identify new business opportunities for existing clients;
  • Develop and implement efficient project management processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex tax concepts to clients and stakeholders;
  • Tax Knowledge: Extensive experience in direct tax, including withholding tax, corporate tax, and international tax compliance;
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and prioritize tasks effectively;
