Job Title: Tax Manager - Direct Tax

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in direct tax, including income tax assessments, transfer pricing provisions, and GST laws in India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the direct tax function, including preparation of written submissions, representation before tax authorities, and preparation and filing of appeals/writs.

In addition, the Tax Manager will work closely with other teams to ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and laws.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

A minimum of 6-9 years of post-qualification experience is required, with a proven track record of success in direct tax.
