Job Overview

The primary scope of this role is to support brand building efforts on various solution-areas under a portfolio of products. It involves creative thinking, data analysis, and executional support to help the brand achieve its business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Understanding: Understand the target group, their triggers and barriers, competitive landscape, etc.
  2. New Products Development (NPD): Assist in communication development across touchpoints like product display pages, D2C store, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces, etc.
  3. Communication Development: Help manage all consumer touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaign, etc.
  4. Data Analytics: Drive measurement and learnings for various marketing initiatives.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with relevant POCs across the marketing team, cross-functional teams, and external partners/agencies/vendors.
  6. Offline Understanding: The role requires market visits to track offline business health metrics like distribution across different store formats, ECO/Unique ECO, primary & secondary revenue, visibility, and planogramming.
  7. Other Activities: Support portfolio management, sales support, customer service, etc. to drive product/therapy success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, business administration, or related field.
  • Exposure to handling business in Offline channel is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Highly motivated & self-driven, enthusiastic team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about building a consumer brand.
