Job Description

To ensure seamless data integration processes, we seek a seasoned professional to design, implement, and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes using Talend, EMR, Airflow, DataStage, and Hue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the enterprise data warehouse.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot IBM DataStage and its related components, including Information Server.
  • Optimize ETL job performance, system resource utilization, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage DataStage projects, environments, user access, permissions, and project configurations to maintain compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee data integration processes meet technical and business requirements.
  • Enhance security practices, implement best practices for data management, and ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards and regulatory expectations.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and data integration methodologies.
  • Prove proficiency in programming languages such as PL/SQL, PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
  • Exhibit experience with scripting languages and software development life cycles.
  • Be able to work in a 24/7 support rotation and handle urgent production issues effectively.
  • Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with users, other administrators, and vendors.
