ServiceNow EA Module Expert Job Description

This role is for a highly skilled ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (EA) module expert with extensive experience in the configuration, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow EA module. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of EA frameworks like TOGAF, be proficient in data modeling and visualization, and have the ability to integrate and automate EA processes to drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and Implement the ServiceNow EA Module: Design, configure, and implement the ServiceNow EA module to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and Implement EA Methodologies: Develop and implement EA methodologies to align IT strategy with business goals and drive digital transformation.
  • Data Modeling and Visualization: Create and maintain accurate enterprise architecture models within ServiceNow, including business capabilities, applications, technologies, and data flows.
  • Integration and Automation: Integrate the ServiceNow EA module with other ServiceNow modules and external systems to ensure data consistency. Automate EA processes using ServiceNow workflows and scripting to improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Extensive Experience with ServiceNow EA Module: Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow EA module is required.
  • Deep Understanding of ServiceNow EA Data Model: A strong understanding of the ServiceNow EA data model is necessary.
  • Strong Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks: Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is essential.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow EA Visualization Tools: Proficiency in using ServiceNow EA visualization tools is required.
  • Experience in Integrating ServiceNow EA Module: Experience in integrating the ServiceNow EA module with other systems is necessary.
  • Ability to Automate EA Processes: Ability to automate EA processes using ServiceNow workflows and scripting is required.
