ERP Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust policies and procedures for business transaction data processing, ensuring Data Integrity and Business Continuity.
  • Manage user access privileges and passwords within ERP systems, guaranteeing Regulatory compliance for Manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee Technology risk management activities in ERP for manufacturing operations.
  • Develop a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan to ensure Business continuity.
  • Configure regulatory requirements for critical fields and validate for manufacturing operations in the plant.
  • Integrate ERP with Government Portal APIs, managing master configurations and integration.
  • Customize legal document output forms, interfacing with customers and vendors.
  • Identify and resolve High, Medium, and Low priority user issues in daily business processes.
  • Develop MIS reports for compliance and finance requirements.
  • Monitor System implementation, Support, system analysis, application & data integration, and logical system security.
  • Ensure ERP software is up-to-date with the latest build number for GST and TDS compliance.
  • Troubleshoot technology issues and formulate an overall strategy for efficient ERP process functions.
  • Manage all ERP business processes, including Purchasing, Receiving, and Accounting.
  • Coordinate with Plant IT and other teams for ERP implementation and support.
  • Lead a team, identifying training needs and maintaining employee morale.
