Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive inside sales initiatives for our IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals through effective communication and relationship-building.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve business growth targets for IT services and Staff Augmentation.
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Qualifying leads and conducting in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and pain points.
- Presenting and demonstrating our capabilities to clients, showcasing the value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Working with Onsite directors and setting up meetings with client managers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborating with the technical team to understand service capabilities, tailoring solutions to meet client needs, and developing compelling proposals and quotes.
- Negotiating contract terms and pricing to ensure win-win agreements for the company and clients.
- Tracking sales activities, maintaining accurate sales pipelines, and providing regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in inside sales, business development, IT Services, and staff augmentation.
- Good knowledge of IT services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or related areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
