Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Cafe Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cafe, ensuring seamless and efficient functioning.
  • The ideal candidate will lead a team of servers, chefs, and other staff members, promoting excellent customer service standards at all times.
  • They will handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Additionally, the Cafe Operations Manager will assist in training new employees, provide ongoing support for their professional development, and monitor the cafe's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Experience in cafe/restaurant management is a plus, but we encourage fresher candidates with a passion for hospitality to apply.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree from any Institute of Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, along with good communication and problem-solving abilities, are essential for success in this role.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Compensation Package:

  • The salary for this position is ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
  • In addition, you will receive meal allowance, leave entitlement, and employee discount benefits.
