Job Title: Expansion Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in expanding our business through strategic partnerships.

• Strategic Partnership Acquisition: Identify, research, and approach potential partners to grow our business. This includes pitching the partnership model and investment opportunity convincingly, conducting market mapping to find untapped cities or regions.
• Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Assess the financial capability and business acumen of potential partners, conduct due diligence and background verification.
• Onboarding Process: Coordinate agreements, legal documentation, and commercial negotiations to ensure smooth setup of new partnerships. This includes location selection, design, fit-outs, equipment, and compliance.
• Relationship Management: Act as the single point of contact for partners during the onboarding stage, build long-term relationships to maximize trust and loyalty.
• Performance Tracking: Support operations and marketing teams to ensure new partnerships hit revenue and brand standards, track ROI and partner satisfaction.
