Job Title:

Senior Salesforce Field Service Lightning Developer


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
  • Configure and customize features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile workflows and work orders.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Field Service Lightning and other systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Field Service Lightning implementations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features and best practices, particularly in the Field Service Lightning domain.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on field service.
  • Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Field Service Lightning architecture, data model and functionality.
  • Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs and experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
