We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our technical projects from inception to delivery.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in program management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering end-to-end technical programs and product implementations.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • The successful candidate will define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Effective management of dependencies, risks, and change requests is critical to the success of this role.
  • The candidate will translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
  • Experience in conducting sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile/Scrum methodology is highly desirable.
  • Regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders will be required.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards is a key aspect of this position.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments.
  • A proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
Preferred Experience:
  • Prior experience with Banking, BFSI, or Trade Finance platforms.
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Exposure to emerging technologies like Blockchain or AI/ML.
