Job Skills And Responsibilities

  • We consult with hiring managers to understand roles and ideal candidate profiles.
  • We're responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • We self-screen resumes to understand consultant profiles before marketing.
  • We interact regularly with consultants, identifying needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.
  • We build a vast network of vendor contacts, account managers, and client hiring manager contacts.
  • We manage the complete cycle of bench marketing.
  • We maintain and grow business from existing and new client relationships.
