Social Media Marketing Manager

OLIVER is seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for creating and curating high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, as well as managing and optimizing social media campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution and maximize results. Your expertise in social media advertising, influencer marketing, and community management will be essential in driving business growth and achieving our marketing objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness
  • Develop and manage social media content calendars, including writing and editing copy
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns, including ad spend and budget allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize results
  • Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Minimum 6-9 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on strategy and execution
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of success in social media marketing, with a focus on driving engagement, conversions, and brand awareness
