Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Content Strategist and Project Lead to drive initiatives that increase business acumen and network across the organization. The ideal candidate will have full accountability for several projects and tasks, driving real change and improving overall engagement and performance in our teams.

As a key member of the team, you will leverage your experience in content creation to collaborate and communicate with colleagues and team leadership to create innovative and polished presentations across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and support events, both virtual and in-person, to engage and educate stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive communication plan to align with business objectives.
  • Provide creative direction and maintenance on all our digital platforms.
  • Assess business intelligence, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to leadership.
  • Curate engaging content, including blog posts, success stories, podcasts, tutorials, and webinars, to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Own and drive our recognition program, identifying new ways to recognize and reward employees.
  • Prepare and present key insights and recommendations to leadership and the wider team.
  • Track progress, evaluate outcomes, and identify areas for improvement, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels and formats.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Creativity to develop and enhance presentations and content.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including team members, leaders, and external partners.
  • Fluent English speaker with exceptional writing and storytelling skills to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging content.
  • A degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
