Performance Tester Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated performance tester to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and executing performance, load, stress, and scalability test plans using Apache JMeter. They will also be proficient in scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation and have working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), as well as proficiency in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics). The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills and a good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability test plans using Apache JMeter.
  • Write and maintain custom scripts for performance testing scenarios.
  • Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Perform testing and monitoring of applications running in Kubernetes clusters.
  • Execute performance testing across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics.
  • Debug and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems and microservices.
Required Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
  • Proficient in scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
