Forward Deployed Analyst

We are seeking a skilled analyst to partner with portfolio managers, risk managers, analysts, and CIOs. As a Forward Deployed Analyst, you will work closely with top-tier professionals from leading hedge funds and asset managers.

  • You will analyze portfolios to uncover alpha, beta, and idiosyncratic drivers, utilizing your strong math and stats background.
  • You will design and validate analytics that solve real institutional workflows, leveraging your deep investment fluency and elite analytical abilities.
  • You will turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that shape product and investment decisions, ensuring precision and ownership in your work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institution with a minimum GPA of 8.7/10 (or equivalent).
  • 2–4 years of experience in front-office finance (IB, hedge fund, asset management).
  • Top 5% performance – academically in your graduating class and/or professionally among peers.
  • CFA, FRM, MBA, or coding skills (Python/R) are strong pluses, but not required.
