Job Overview

This is an opportunity to lead visual storytelling across brand, digital, and video platforms.

You will play a key part in driving creative ownership with hands-on execution, ensuring brand consistency and delivering high-quality visual content from concept to final asset.

Around 60% of your time will involve overseeing creative output across formats, while 40% will focus on executing video projects (editing, scripting, motion design).

This is ideal for a hybrid thinker and doer – someone with the vision to shape creative narratives and the craft to bring them to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Line Ownership :
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create brand-aligned visual assets.
    • Own and evolve visual direction for campaigns, product launches, and executive presentations.
    • Review and refine creative deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
    • Guide designers and content partners by setting quality benchmarks and creative guidance.
  • Video Content Creation :
    • Plan, script, and produce various video formats: explainers, motion-led stories, demos, testimonials, and social content.
    • Operate across the full production lifecycle: editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing.
    • Experiment with tools to enhance workflows and accelerate production without compromising creativity.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with 8–12 years of experience and a strong track record of delivering high-quality visual content.

Approximately 60% of your time will be spent leading creative lines, while 40% will be focused on executing video projects.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to guide external partners are essential.
