Motion Visual Designer

We are seeking a skilled Motion Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in animation, editing, and storytelling. They will be responsible for creating dynamic motion content that captures attention and effectively communicates the brand's message.

As a Motion Visual Designer at our company, you will work closely with the founding and creative teams to develop motion design language for the brand. You will also be exposed to various projects across product, design, and marketing, including knowledge-sharing sessions and funded online courses.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting animations, reels, and short videos that capture attention
  • Editing crisp, long-form and short-form video content with smooth transitions and strong narrative flow
  • Building a consistent motion branding style that feels fresh yet recognizable
  • Translating product features or campaign ideas into motion-first stories
  • Working hand-in-hand with product and social teams to brainstorm and ship creative ideas fast
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 1–2+ years of experience in motion graphics and video editing (strong reels/portfolio > years worked)
  • A natural instinct for storytelling and pacing in video content
  • Solid grasp of design principles: typography, color, spacing, and composition
  • Ownership mindset with clear communication skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • A strong portfolio or reel is mandatory, we want to see your creativity in action
