Senior SAP Implementation Manager Role Summary

The Senior SAP Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and support of SAP Best Practices across all business process areas. This includes providing SAP functional and technical expertise to the business development team, solutions team, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
  • Expertise in Business Process Re-engineering, eliminating manual efforts by digitization and process automations.
  • Map business requirements, processes, and objectives in SAP, develop necessary designs, customize, configure, enhance, and test all modules.
  • Review and validate partner's proposed solution as per business requirements, perform impact assessment on change request, and conduct root cause analysis for every business issue.
  • Proactively identify and propose improvements in business processes and/or system enhancements, ensure business support targets and SLAs are met consistently.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in a full SAP cycle implementation and supporting projects in manufacturing companies.
  • Minimum three (3) full lifecycle SAP S4HANA implementations and three (3) support projects.
  • Knowledge of Agro Chemical & Seed Business is an additional advantage.
  • Fluently in English and Hindi, with good Leadership, Communication, and Presentation Skills.
  • Professional qualifications such as ABAP Knowledge, SAP Certified, PMP, and Experience of Data Design, Data Classification, and Data Security.
