The Role

You will drive programs accelerating our vision, identifying and pitching opportunities to fuel growth.

You'll be the bridge between our brand and external ecosystems, spotting and developing partnerships that align with our goals.

  • Manage end-to-end program execution for strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery from ideation to outcome.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, supporting their execution and integration into ongoing projects.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to inform leadership decisions.
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with educational institutions, edtech platforms, corporates, and global organizations.
  • Develop innovative growth initiatives (scholarships, hackathons, referral alliances, joint programs).
  • Take ownership of special projects requiring experimentation, process-building, and scale.
  • Create and track project plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards to monitor progress and impact.
What We're Looking For

We seek a highly skilled professional with:

  • 3-6 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A bias towards action and learning by doing.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and drive outcomes under tight timelines.
