Job Title: Operations Manager

Overview:

Ambitious and results-driven professional with expertise in strategic operations management. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end customs clearance processes, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of import/export consignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage customs clearance processes at Nhava Sheva to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with customs authorities, shipping lines, transporters, and CFS authorities to streamline operational processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective measures to reduce operational costs and improve productivity.
  • Attend trade facilitation meetings and represent company interests to foster business growth and partnerships.
  • Define Key Result Areas (KRAs) and lead performance evaluations to drive business success.
  • Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across all operational activities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, is preferred.
