Job Title: Senior Technical Operations Manager

Job Overview:

This position involves leading the design, execution, operation, and maintenance of EPC projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning and design, specification and procurement, and installation and commissioning.

  • Project Planning and Design:
    • The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams to plan and design mechanical systems for EPC projects, conduct feasibility studies and assess mechanical and electrical requirements.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Specification and Procurement:
    • Develop electrical and mechanical specifications and standards that meet industry best practices.
    • Oversee the procurement of equipment and materials to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
  • Installation and Commissioning:
    • Supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
    • Verify that all installations meet or exceed industry standards and company expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with 4-12 years of experience in mechanical design and project management for EPC projects.

Required skills include strong knowledge of mechanical codes, standards, and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using electrical design software and project management tools, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD.

Candidates with relevant certifications and training are highly preferred.
